Mark your calendars
Getting promoted, landing the deal, or just breaking through to the next level isn’t just about the results you deliver, how hard you work or how smart you are. You can do all of those things and still not make it. The needle mover is how people see you - how you show up. It’s about your personal brand. Most people have no idea how people see them. Do you?
This is one of the biggest things that holds people back. A personal brand is the means by which people remember you. It’s reflected in how you act, what you do, how you make others feel and how you are perceived. It’s your Linkedin profile, your Instagram presence and your resume. How would you describe your personal brand? How would others?
In this workshop, we’ll discuss what a personal brand means, how you figure out what yours is, and how to be deliberate about showing up as the person you want to be. You’ll leave with tangible actions that you can put into place to start to move the needle. This is a career game changer.
You want to level up your potential in your career.
You want to be taken seriously for higher level roles.
You want to live your most authentic life.
You want to network and meet other superstars.

Creating and navigating a successful career is hard. There is no field guide, no how-to, no rules of the road. It’s on all us to figure it out. Finding mentors who can help and have been there and done that isn’t always easy. But, they’re out there and they want to help. We’re creating a forum to bring these rock stars to the people. Listening to and gaining exposure to accomplished executives and innovative entrepreneurs who have navigated issues, problems, and obstacles that we all go through is a game changer.
The Catalyst Circle gives you a peek behind the curtain for how successful people have gotten to where they are. We pack our events with inspiration and action, but more importantly real talk, no b.s. and just the frank rules of the road for how people have navigated their lives. You’ll walk away inspired and ready to level up where you’re going.
